How can I track my return

Once you receive your return shipping tracking number, you can easily track your shipment through our tracking page.

Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and an E-Gift Card to be issued.

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

Q: What is Store‑Credit?

A: All approved returns will be issued as an Oh Dear e-gift card (in INR), valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Please check your inbox, including your junk or spam folder, for emails from donotreply@ohdear.in containing your e-gift card.

Q: What is the processing timeline for returns?
A: Your credit will be issued within 10 business days once our warehouse has scanned your returned parcel.

Q: How is my credit calculated?
A: Credit is based on the amount you actually paid for each returned item after discounts and promotions.

Items you selected in the return portal are credited first.

Items not selected, or those received in questionable condition, will be inspected separately. Any additional or adjusted credit may take up to 10 business days after the warehouse receives your parcel.

Q: What if I want to dispute the credit amount?
A: If your credit seems incorrect, please check the following:

Selected vs. unselected items: Items chosen in the return portal are credited first. Unselected items are inspected separately, which can take up to 10 business days after the warehouse receives your parcel.

Item condition: Credits may be reduced or denied if items are worn, damaged, or marked as Final Sale.

Promotions & discounts: Refunds reflect the actual price paid after any promotions or discounts.

If you still disagree with the final amount, please contact Customer Care at support@ohdear.in
with your order number, tracking details, packing slip, and item photos.

Q: When do we refund to the original payment method?
A:
- If Oh Dear cancels or short-ships an item (out of stock before shipping).
- If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item. Contact Customer Care via the support@ohdear.in Once verified, we will issue an exchange (if available) or refund (if required) to your original payment method.

Q: How are returns handled for Buy One, Get One (BOGO) orders?
A:
- Return both items: You’ll receive credit for the full amount paid.
- Return one item: Credit is adjusted to reflect the BOGO discount (free/discounted item value deducted).

The adjustment is calculated automatically—no manual work needed.

Q: How do I request an exchange?

A: Just contact through WhatsApp / Contact Us or email us at support@ohdear.in within 3 days of delivery with your order number and issue details. Our team will assist you.

Return Policy and Process

Return-to-sender or Refused Delivery

Q: What if I refuse the package?
A: Refused deliveries are automatically returned to our warehouse. You don’t need to create a return request in the portal.

Q: How is credit issued?
A: Once the refused parcel is scanned at our warehouse, an Oh Dear e-gift card (equal to your order total minus shipping) is issued within 10 business days. Sealed boxes often process faster.

Q: Why was my order undelivered?
A: Orders may be marked undelivered for reasons such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Missing apartment or suite details
- State and country mismatch
- No one available at the delivery address

Q: What if this happens repeatedly?
A: If two orders in a row are returned, please contact Customer Care via Contact Us or at support@ohdear.in
so we can update your details and prevent further issues.
