How can I track my return
Once you receive your return shipping tracking number, you can easily track your shipment through our tracking page.
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and return to be issued.

Q: What is the processing timeline for returns?
A: Your return will be issued within 10 business days once our warehouse has scanned your returned parcel.
Q: How is my return calculated?
A: Refund is based on the amount you actually paid for each returned item after discounts and promotions. Any shipping charges borne by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items not selected, or those received in questionable condition, will be inspected separately. Any additional or adjusted refund may take up to 10 business days after the warehouse receives your parcel.
Q: What if I want to dispute the refund amount?
A: If your refund seems incorrect, please check the following:
Selected vs. unselected items: Items chosen in the return portal are credited first. Unselected items are inspected separately, which can take up to 10 business days after the warehouse receives your parcel.
Item condition: Refund may be reduced or denied if items are worn, damaged, or marked as Final Sale.
Promotions & discounts: Refund reflect the actual price paid after any promotions or discounts.

with your order number, tracking details, packing slip, and item photos.
Q: When do we do full refund?
A:
- If Oh Dear cancels or short-ships an item (out of stock before shipping).
- If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item. Contact Customer Care via the support@ohdear.in Once verified, we will issue an exchange (if available) or refund (if required) to your original payment method.
Q: How are returns handled for Buy One, Get One (BOGO) orders?
A:
- Return both items: You’ll receive refund for the full amount paid. Any shipping charges borne by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return one item: Refund is adjusted.The adjustment is calculated automatically—no manual work needed.
Q: How do I request an exchange?
A: Just contact through WhatsApp / Contact Us or email us at support@ohdear.in within 10 days of delivery with your order number and issue details. Our team will assist you.

At Oh Dear, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer easy exchanges and refunds (as store credits) to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Exchange You can request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong size
- The product has a defect or damage
- You received the wrong item
Refund (Store Credit) You may request a refund if the product is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations.
Please note:
- Refunds are not issued to bank accounts or original payment methods.
- Approved refunds will be provided as store credits to your Oh Dear account.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months and can be used on your next purchase.
Eligibility To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags must be intact
- Seal tag must be unbroken
- Product must be returned in original packaging

Return-to-sender or Refused Delivery
Q: What if I refuse the package?
A: Refused deliveries are automatically returned to our warehouse. You don’t need to create a return request in the portal.
Q: How is refund issued?
A: Once the refused parcel is scanned at our warehouse, refund (equal to your order total minus shipping) is issued within 10 business days. Sealed boxes often process faster.
Q: Why was my order undelivered?
A: Orders may be marked undelivered for reasons such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Missing apartment or suite details
- State and country mismatch
- No one available at the delivery address
Q: What if this happens repeatedly?
A: If two orders in a row are returned, please contact Customer Care via Contact Us or at support@ohdear.in
so we can update your details and prevent further issues.
