Refund & Exchange Policy
At Oh Dear, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer easy exchanges and refunds (as store credits) to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
• You received the wrong size
• The product has a defect or damage
• You received the wrong item
Refund
You may request a refund if the product is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations.
Please note:
• Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting the shipping charges.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All tags must be intact
• Seal tag must be unbroken
• Product must be returned in original packaging
How to Request
1. Email us at support@ohdear.in within 10 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item
3. Wait for our confirmation before returning the product
Not Eligible
We do not accept:
• Requests made after 10 days of delivery
• Worn, washed, or used products
• Items with missing tags or broken seal tags
• Color or style preference exchanges
• Sale or discounted items
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
• Exchanges or Return will be processed within 5–7 business days.
