Q: I want to edit or cancel my order
A: Orders can only be cancelled or edited before they are processed. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.
To request a change, contact us immediately through email now.assist@ohdear.in with your order number and the update you'd like to make.
Q: Can I change my address after placing the order?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped, yes. Drop us a quick email at now.assist@ohdear.in ASAP.
Q: My order is being delivered to the wrong address, what do I do?
A: Please double-check your saved addresses under My Info > Addresses on your Oh Dear account. Make sure your details are current — outdated or incorrect addresses can lead to failed deliveries.Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Oh Dear is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
Q: How do i Track My Order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can follow it in real-time.
