🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days. WhatsApp us your order number and the size you need. Subject to stock availability.

How long does a refund take?

Prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. COD refunds are done via bank transfer or UPI — we will ask for your details.

What if the product is damaged or wrong?

We are sorry! Photo + WhatsApp message within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Are there items that can't be returned?

Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery is typically 4–7 business days. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore are usually faster.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, pan-India delivery. If your pin code isn't serviceable for COD, we will contact you with prepaid alternatives.

Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. A small fee applies on orders below that.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.

Will I get a tracking link?

Yes! Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS with your tracking number. You can also track anytime at ohdear.in/tools/track.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. WhatsApp us your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations aren't possible.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, your order may still have gone through — just WhatsApp us with your phone number and we will confirm.

Can I add items to an existing order?

We can't modify orders once placed. Place a new order — if both ship together, we will combine them where possible and refund any duplicate shipping charges.

My order shows delivered but I didn't receive it.

Check with your building security or neighbours first. If it's still not found, WhatsApp us within 48 hours and we will raise a dispute with the courier.

💳 Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available across most pin codes in India. Pay only when the parcel arrives at your door. No upfront payment needed.

What online payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets — all via Razorpay's secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store your card or banking details.

My payment failed but money was deducted.

Failed payment amounts are auto-refunded by your bank within 3–7 business days. If it doesn't reflect, WhatsApp us with your bank reference number.
